The tools that I use
In order for this blog to have all the mathematical machinery that you are seeing we're using these two tools:
1 - Luca Trevisan's script that allows a .tex file to be converted into an .html file.
2 - Mathjax that allows for LateX code to be displayed in blogspot.

LateX in comments
In order for you to have equations in comments all you have to do is to write them out as in normal LateX.
For instance $ \frac{\partial \rho}{\partial t}+\nabla(\rho \overrightarrow{u})=0 $
